Session recording & analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to better understand how users interact with our website through features like heatmaps, session replays, and click tracking. Clarity may collect data such as mouse movements, page scrolls, and click behavior. Microsoft may also use this data for its own product development and advertising purposes. Payment Processing
We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. Distel’s Details does not store full card details on our servers. Our current payment processors are:
- Square — payment processing and transaction handling;
- Urpay (powered by Fullsteam) — alternative payment methods and BNPL facilitation.
Payments are subject to the processors’ terms and privacy practices. For questions about payments or disputes, please contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the processor.
Hosting & Site Support
The site is hosted and maintained by HarborByte, located in Chicago, IL. HarborByte provides technical support, backups, and site operations. We maintain agreements with HarborByte that require appropriate security and confidentiality protections.
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information.
